Thomas (Tommy) Leager, the owner of TL Fence, was born and raised on Maryland's Eastern Shore. He worked installing and repairing fence and learning the trade in Delaware. Tommy is a licensed contractor and salesman through the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC) and a licensed contractor for the State of Delaware.
